What this work is

• Zoning and land-use communications. Plain language for hearings, neighbors, and the people who have to live with the map.
• Coalition building. Pull the right local groups into one room and keep them on the same page.
• Project messaging. Including industrial and data-center work in Catawba. Process, facts, and timeline — not a yes-or-no campaign for me to run.
• Earned media. Get the story in the paper and on the air without sounding like a press mill.
• Grassroots. Door, phone, and in-person work when a local issue actually needs people showing up.
