Using the site

Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or availability. Site content is general information, not advice for your specific situation.

Services and engagements

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal, statement of work, or written confirmation. Scope, timing, fees, deliverables, and client responsibilities are those in the applicable agreement. We may decline work that is outside our services or creates a conflict.

Client materials and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of materials you provide, including claims, permissions, logos, and data. You approve drafts and remain responsible for final decisions and published information.

Scheduling and payment

Calendly requests are invitations to discuss a project, not a guarantee of availability or a completed engagement. Fees, invoices, and payment timing are set in the applicable written agreement. We do not store payment-card details.

Intellectual property

You keep rights to materials you provide. Once agreed fees are paid, you receive the rights to final deliverables stated in the agreement. We retain our pre-existing tools, methods, and general know-how.
